« Le poisson n'est poisson qu'une fois dans la barque. » « Cet été-là, je connus le baptème de sang de la murène. Remontée avec la palangre en même temps qu'un mérou, pendant que mon oncle et Nicola s'occupaient du précieux poisson, j'essayais de dégager l'hameçon de la gorge de la murène. De ma main gauche je serrais ses joues pour maintenir sa bouche ouverte. Je réussis à extraire l'hameçon et au moment même ou je le sortais elle se débattit, je perdis ma prise sur ses joues et des dents s'enfoncèrent dans ma main à la jointure... [Lire la suite]
